Motivation
I started the project to make diary writing easier, with tag-based entries for better searchability and a security-focused UX. I designed and developed it myself because I couldn't find a diary app I liked.
What I learned
- Gained experience leading a team, managing schedules, and maintaining an app based on collected feedback
- Learned how a design system and reusable components support a consistent UI
- Designing with Pure DI and ReactorKit-based MVI-C while considering testability
- Gained experience improving UX with user data and managing launch/update cycles
